Einstein Bros. Bagels in Denver, CO is seeking a Shift Leader to inspire and lead a team during busy shifts.

You will collaborate with the General Manager, open and close the store, and help deliver a great guest experience while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is 18+, able to work varied hours including early mornings (as early as 3am), passes a background check, and holds a ServSafe certification prior to leadership training.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred but not required at all locations.

• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
