Qualifications

• Able to reliably work scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable leading and coaching a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Restaurant experience is preferred or strong leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and keep the team organized and productive.
• Work alongside the team and set the pace.
• Provide great customer service and handle guest concerns.
• Maintain standards for speed, accuracy, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Train and coach Team Members.
• Address problems as they happen; don’t wait for the next shift.
• Make good labor decisions based on sales and needs.
• Follow portioning standards and help control costs.
• Complete opening/closing, cash handling, and shift tasks.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Support Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Communicate important issues to the General Manager.
• Help build a restaurant that guests want to return to.
