NAYA in Hoboken, NJ is seeking an experienced Shift Leader who can manage daily store operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional guest service. You’ll oversee food preparation, scheduling, inventory, and guest relations while upholding high standards and a friendly, guest-first culture.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, strong English communication, and the stamina to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related leadership experience.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to run an efficient operation and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily food and beverage preparation to meet recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Manage shift schedules, clock-in/out times, and adjust staffing as needed based on demand.
• Handle ordering, inventory, stock control for food, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and complete administrative tasks promptly.
