Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in Berwick is looking for a Shift Leader to help run daily operations and deliver C.A.R.E. service, ensuring fast, friendly, and energetic interactions with customers.

You will support the General Manager and coach crew members to meet quality standards and drive performance. You’ll cover shift leadership duties, deploy crew, manage drive-thru metrics, set goals, and communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Fast, friendly, and energetic service
• Quality control of products, including our own “Americas Best Coffee,” brewed fresh every 18 minutes
• Crew deployment, drive-thru performance, goal setting, communicating results, and red book execution
• Being a team player who can jump in wherever needed
