Job summary

Brewing Brand, a large Dunkin' franchisee in Florida, is hiring Shift Leaders to guide our crew in a fast-paced Dunkin' environment. This role offers flexible hours, leadership growth opportunities, and the chance to earn extra income with credit card tips.

You’ll lead restaurant team members, support the manager, and ensure brand standards while delivering great guest service. This is a franchisee role in the Gainesville area with room to advance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during shift including food and beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members as needed throughout a shift with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during a shift.
• Communicate clearly with the next Shift Leader to help prepare them for shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage Inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
• Schedule restaurant team members for shifts.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensures franchisee cash policies are followed.
