Brewing Brand is hiring for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin’ network in Florida. The role supports the Restaurant Manager, leads a fast-paced team, and ensures brand standards are upheld during each shift. Strong leadership and guest service focus are essential, with the opportunity to grow within a franchisee-operated environment.

Competenze

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure brand standards for shift including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Coach team members with timely feedback and training as needed.
• Manage safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Oversee inventory and cash handling during shift.
• Provide guest service and role-model great hospitality.
