Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, running shifts, and ensuring smooth operations from open to close.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coach, train, and provide real-time feedback to team members to build confidence and performance.
• Drive results by executing shift plans, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading by example across front counter and kitchen.
• Protect the business by handling cash controls, managing inventory, and following security procedures.
