Job summary

Wingstop is hiring a shift leader to supervise daily operations in a New Jersey location. You will ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards while possibly working as cashier or cook during shifts.

You will train crew members, manage inventory, and maintain high guest service levels. Flexible schedule and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift and leading a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks of a Wingstop crew member.
• Provide outstanding guest service and greet customers.
• Train newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practice inventory control standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet work hours.
• Manage and motivate crew members and coordinate breaks.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
