Qualifications

• 6+ months of restaurant or food service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced settings including breakfast and drive-thru is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Excellent customer service with a guest-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow leadership skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during your shift to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and team leadership.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
• Help achieve sales, labor, and profitability goals by controlling costs.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and product management.
• Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Assist with local store marketing and community engagement.
• Complete required reports and maintain restaurant records.
