Hardee's in Sedalia, MO is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members, support the General Manager, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will lead by example, coach staff, and help maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and efficient operations.

• 6+ months of restaurant or food service experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Complete required reports and maintain restaurant records in compliance with company standards.

Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

At least 6 months of restaurant or food service experience; supervisory experience is preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment, including breakfast and drive-thru operations, is a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.

Excellent customer service skills with a positive, guest-first attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continue developing leadership skills.

Basic computer and cash-handling skills.

Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a background screening.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
