Job summary

Dunkin’ in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations, coach team members, and deliver a great guest experience with every order. You’ll lead by example, open and close shifts, and help meet sales and labor targets while ensuring quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay and benefits may be offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role in food service or retail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a positive, team-oriented shift experience.
• Coach crew members and assign tasks during the shift.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety procedures.
• Monitor shift performance to help meet sales and labor targets.
• Open and close the restaurant following brand standards.
• Address minor customer concerns and escalate when needed.
