Job summary

Dunkin’ in Spotswood, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a positive guest experience with every order. This role offers opportunities for growth within a locally owned Dunkin’ franchise.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (food service or retail preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure a positive, team-oriented shift experience
• Support the management team by assigning tasks and coaching crew members throughout the shift
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure food safety procedures are followed
• Monitor shift performance and help meet sales and labor targets
• Open and close the restaurant as needed, following brand standards
• Handle minor customer concerns and elevate as needed
