Whataburger is seeking a Shift Leader to drive operational excellence on each shift, coaching team members, maintaining quality and speed, and ensuring a safe, clean dining room.

Based at your home restaurant, you will lead shift operations, manage daily tasks, and support cost and sales goals while upholding food safety and a positive work culture.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Experience coaching or leading teams; strong customer service and communication.

• Coach, train, and motivate Family Members during shifts.
• Support goals related to food cost, labor cost, and sales performance.
