Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership/retail/customer service experience.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Coach and train Team Members on role tasks.
• Manage bank deposits, inventory, and store orders.
• Own the shift and prep for the next shift.
• Demonstrate total store vision and effective communication.
