Job summary

Caribou Coffee Operating Company, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader in Anoka, MN to guide the team and uphold brand standards during each shift. You’ll ensure guest connections, quality, and store cleanliness while managing daily tasks and hand-offs to the next shift.

You’ll lead with energy, train new team members, and help optimize sales and waste, all while maintaining a welcoming coffeehouse culture and executing standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience or trained to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Flexible availability to cover different days, times, or shifts as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with confidence and uphold brand standards and guest connections.
• Ensure smooth shift operations, delegate tasks, and communicate on the floor.
• Coach and train team members in responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and store safety procedures.
• Support the General Manager or Assistant GM in daily operations.
