Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading and organizing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving, customer service and decision making skills.
• Ability to give and take direction and maintain flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Handle customer issues professionally and resolve them quickly.
• Maintain food safety standards and procedures.
• Travel to other Wendy’s locations as needed.
• Stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.
