Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Keller, TX is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, support a fast-paced team, and help the operation run smoothly across shifts.

You’ll lead by example, provide excellent customer service, train teammates, monitor safety, and drive performance. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with training provided and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma required.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
