Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time daytime and evening role in Texas. You will lead the shift, support a team, and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service. Training is provided, and promotion opportunities exist as part of a fast-growing team.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. This is a hands-on, active position requiring physical activity and the ability to work outdoors with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
