Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Flower Mound, TX is hiring a Shift Leader for a full-time, fast-paced role. You’ll lead the team on shift, keep operations smooth, and deliver great customer service while promoting the business.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. We value reliability, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to daily duties in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
