Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Coldwater, MI is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily shift operations, mentor teammates, and ensure excellent service during peak hours. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team and supporting customers to keep the operation running smoothly.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance within the company as part of a fast-growing team. This is a full-time role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Pass a background check and maintain safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise team members.
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Complete incident reports and maintain documentation.
• Uphold safety policies and store procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment.
