Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service; produce high quality food; deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience; manage cash handling; follow training programs; develop others for career growth; enforce policies and procedures; participate in marketing initiatives; build sales; maintain cleanliness and sanitation; be certified in all four positions.
• Move or transport up to 50 lbs; work 38–40 hours per week; have reliable transportation; communicate issues to GM/AGM/DM; lead by example in quality and appearance.
• Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards; maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant; work in a fast-paced team-driven atmosphere; multitask with urgency; interface with customers for an exceptional experience; uphold accountability and integrity.
