Whataburger is seeking a Shift Leader to drive operational excellence at our Huntsville restaurant. You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure top service while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

You will collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, develop leadership skills, and contribute to a strong team culture during day, night, and overnight shifts. This role emphasizes growth opportunities within the Whataburger family.

Competenze

• Must be 18+ years old and able to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and varying hours.
