As a Shift Lead you will produce high quality food, deliver the Jersey Mike's experience, lead a crew of 2–5, uphold policies and sanitation, and mentor teammates toward career growth. The position offers $17–$18 per hour plus tips, requires about 35–40 hours weekly, and prefers 1 year of QSR experience with Serve Safe certification a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
