Dunkin’ is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations at our Dunkin’ location in Sparta Township, NJ. You’ll coach crew, ensure a top-notch guest experience, and keep the store running smoothly during fast-paced shifts.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll lead by example, assign tasks, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role (food service or retail preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and ensure a positive, team-oriented shift experience.
• Support the management team by assigning tasks and coaching crew members throughout the shift.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to all guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure food safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor shift performance and help meet sales and labor targets.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed, following brand standards.
• Handle minor customer concerns and escalated as needed.
