You will lead by example, foster a positive customer-focused environment, supervise opening and closing procedures, train staff, and ensure safety protocols are followed while promoting product knowledge and membership options.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong team player with leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with focus on safety and service quality.
