Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site role. Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and promotion opportunities.

You’ll lead the shift, support the team, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced car wash environment. Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma and a background in leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
