Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise in Memphis. You will support the RGM by running great shifts, taking ownership, and guiding team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
