• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read/write Standard English

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating resources across shifts to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Assist supervisor with assigning work to meet production requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Resolve operational, processing, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and downtime.
• Provide feedback and train staff; monitor quality and output.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure safe work environment.
