Job summary

Milton Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to help guide daily restaurant operations, support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, and ensure exceptional guest service throughout each shift.

This leadership role emphasizes coaching, training, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness, with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and consistent performance across all stations. Opportunities for growth exist within our Wingstop franchise.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience.
• Experience using a POS system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
