Qualifications

• Available to work Fridays and Saturdays
• Strong hospitality and customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead shifts and count cash drawers
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Experience as shift lead or supervisor preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House shifts
• Model professional behavior and warmth toward guests and team members
• Support daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Open and/or close shifts, act as key holder
• Ensure clear and effective communication across the team
