Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily store operations in Franklin, TN. The role leads team members, opens and closes the store, and ensures smooth service while upholding brand standards and health guidelines.

Responsibilities include assisting the General Manager, optimizing guest experience, handling deposits, ordering, and maintaining high sanitation standards. Flexible, guest-centric leadership is key.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead store operations and supervise team members.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to operate blender and POS cashier system.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and move around in cold storage.
• Reliable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overall operations in a leadership capacity.
• Ensure a superior guest experience, maximize sales, and drive profitability while maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Complete store opening and closing procedures.
• Make bank deposits.
• Assist General Manager with product ordering.
• Promote brand loyalty and a positive brand impression to guests.
• Ensure high-quality smoothie preparation and guest service.
• Enforce sanitary practices and compliance with policies and laws.
