The role requires at least six months in a leadership position or relevant education, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a management or leadership role or related education.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and assist store leadership.
• Greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Operate POS, cash handling, coupons, and close/reconcile.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across store areas.
• Train and coach other associates.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and restocking deliveries.
• Wrap gifts, gift baskets, carry-out service.
• Unload weekly deliveries.
• Follow operational guidelines.
