You will learn to open/close the store, assist management, greet Guests, and manage daily operations. The position requires leadership experience or education in business, a high school diploma, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months in a management or leadership role or related education in business.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and assist store management.
• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout visits.
• Operate POS, handle cash and forms of tender, reconcile cash at close.
• Train, coach, and direct sales associates when acting as MOD in training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist with daily property upkeep and merchandize display.
