ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Pensacola seeks a Shift Leader Trainee to grow into a Shift Leader within ~90 days. You’ll serve guests, support store operations, and train with a Manager on Duty grasping all opening/closing tasks.

Responsibilities include POS handling, merchandise displays, and proactive customer service while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and offers strong growth into leadership with employee benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of management/leadership experience or training.
• 2 years of college/technical school in Business Management or related field.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training, open and close the store and assist the Store Manager.
• Greet guests with prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Operate POS terminal with accurate cash handling and discounts per procedures.
• Stay current on required training, policies, and product knowledge.
• Train and coach other associates when acting as Manager on Duty in training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment including front and back areas.
• Assist with daily property upkeep such as sweeping, trash removal, and parking lot duties.
• Provide wrapping service for ABC products and assemble gift baskets.
• Unload weekly deliveries and restock shelves per guidelines.

Education
