ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader Trainee in Tallahassee, FL. Trainees are hired and trained to advance to Shift Leader within about 90 days, focusing on elevating wine and spirits sales through personalized service for Guests and Team Members.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service excellence and leadership potential.
• Experience with cash handling and store procedures preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in training and support Store Manager.
• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout visit.
• Operate POS and handle cash, coupons, and discounts per policy; manage opening/closing tasks.
• Stay current on training, policies, and product knowledge to ensure quality Guest experience.
• Coach and direct other sales associates when acting as Manager on Duty in training.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment including stockroom and restrooms.
