True North is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to support daily store operations in Michigan. You will lead in customer service, pricing, loss prevention, and fuel transactions while upholding True North service standards and addressing guest concerns.

In the absence of the Assistant Manager, you will assume responsibilities and help train new team members. Flexible hours required, including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cashier experience.
• Able to operate POS, store and car wash equipment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in accordance with company standards.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Perform food service tasks following food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Support daily operations, including merchandising, pricing, loss prevention, inventory and fuel transactions.
• Assist store operations with training new team members.
• Run daily reports, reconcile shift sheets, and manage banking procedures as directed.
