Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations at Burger King location in Beech Island, SC. You’ll supervise team members, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction on daily shifts.

You will manage opening/closing tasks, control costs, ensure food safety, and foster a respectful, growth-focused culture. 18+ with quick-serve experience is preferred; benefits include health/dental, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and guest-satisfaction focus.
• 6 months of quick-serve restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years old; valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma preferred; some college preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
