Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership to solve problems and seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to others and help develop the team.
