Job summary

Jamba Hawaii is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead daily store operations in Hawaii. You’ll keep smoothies flowing, support the General Manager on busy days, and ensure top-notch guest experiences.

Responsibilities include leading a small team, managing cash and POS, upholding safety and cleanliness, and training new crew members. This role offers growth opportunities, flexible hours, and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 months of supervisory experience.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required.
• 0–1 year experience in food service or retail is acceptable.
• Basic math and computer skills (POS, cash handling) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store during shift to ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Motivate and train team members to perform at a high level.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and escalate issues to management.
