Job summary

Workstream Hourly Shift Coordinator leads restaurant shifts, partnering with the RGM and AM to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

You will manage a team of Crew Members, oversee inventory, prepare and serve orders promptly, uphold brand standards, and coach staff to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean environment.

During your shift you’ll monitor performance, review results, and drive positive outcomes while staying compliant with policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities.
• Performs duties of the Team Member when necessary.
