Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Saint Helens, OR to lead the shift, coach teams, and drive profitability. You will support the RGM/AM, manage guest service, and ensure timely, high-quality product preparation and delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in quick-service and are available for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong guest service skills and flexibility to cover long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift by supervising Team Members and executing shift plan.
• Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
• Motivate Team Members during the shift to achieve results.
• Review restaurant results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Perform Team Member duties when necessary.
