Job summary

Burger King is seeking an energetic Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily operations during a shift, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to brand standards. You will supervise team members, handle cash controls, and maintain cleanliness and safety while supporting the restaurant goals.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work across stations, including training colleagues and resolving issues promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead by example under pressure.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Reliability in attendance and transportation to events/meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities during the shift and ensure smooth operations.
• Interact with guests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Supervise staff, provide training, and lead by example.
• Manage cash handling procedures and sales/labor tracking.
• Uphold brand standards for service, food quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Plan and execute shift operations and cost controls.
