Job summary

Subway is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will oversee food preparation, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and supervise staff across the shift.

You will cascade training, handle scheduling, and ensure equipment is functioning properly. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and stay organized during shifts.
• Be capable of working in any restaurant area as needed.
• Operate the Point of Sale system/cash register.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising staff.
• Monitor inventory and assist with keeping the restaurant clean and functional.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for the shift.
