Job summary

Arby's seeks a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in the Elkhorn area, supervising team members and supporting the General Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will train staff on all roles, manage cash and paperwork, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards while maintaining effective communication with employees, supervisors, guests and vendors.

Qualifications

• Guide team members and insure operating standards.
• Able to stand 8 hours and lift 25–40 pounds.
• Reconcile cash and complete forms and paperwork.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, guests and vendors.
• Maintain quality, service, cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Run excellent shifts and assist GM/AMs in restaurant operations.
• Guide Team Members and train on all positions and tasks.
• Ensure cash handling and timely paperwork is completed.
• Monitor and uphold cleanliness, service and safety standards.
