Chick-fil-A in South Carolina seeks a Team Leader to support the management team during shifts, supervise stations, and may open or close the restaurant when a manager is unavailable. You will ensure recipes are followed, orders are accurate, and the team maintains cleanliness and speed of service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift or team members.
• Ability to follow recipes and read tickets to ensure accuracy.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and loss prevention.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards across workstations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stations for an entire shift and assist with opening/closing in the absence of a manager.
• Ensure recipes are read and tickets followed for accurate orders.
• Maintain speed of service and keep workstations clean.
• Monitor dining room, restrooms, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
• Address guest issues and communicate with management on complex matters.
