Job summary

You’ll deploy the team, uphold food safety and quality standards, coach teammates in the moment, and keep the shift moving during busy periods. Prior leadership helps but isn’t required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to coach team members in the moment and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to train and become Team Leader after certification.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts across positions (drive-thru, front counter, or kitchen).
• Deploy the team to cover stations and maintain flow during busy periods.
