Denny's - 5136 is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during a shift, manage Team Members, ensure guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company standards. This role reports to the General Manager and interacts with Guests, vendors, and the field operations team.

The Shift Leader will handle labor and inventory variance, provide direction, and maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding company policies. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for restaurant operations (labor, inventory variance) during assigned shifts.
• Provides production direction to Team Members concisely
• Sets an example for Team Members by implementing shift plan and ensuring smooth production
• Delegates to encourage teamwork during a shift to comply with company standards
• Motivates Team Members to exceed Guest expectations with food and friendly service
• Works with team to address Guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Complies with government regulations, Market Policy, food safety, Security Policy, and related procedures
• Takes initiative to report safety, sanitation, security, and policy violations and implement short-term solutions
• Motivates Team Members to follow loss control procedures and maintain a safe environment
• Completes cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling checklists during shift
• May perform essential functions listed in the Team Member job description
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
