Job summary

Jamba Juice Franchise in Idaho is seeking a Team Leader to help run daily restaurant operations in the absence of management. You will supervise shifts, guide FOH and BOH teams, maintain food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience, and help manage labor costs.

You will train new hires, enforce uniform standards, handle cash procedures, and open/close the store when needed. This is an hourly, part-time role offering room to grow with the brand and a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or food service preferred.
• Ability to supervise during shifts and manage both FOH/BOH operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide guests with a positive experience and atmosphere.
• Manage daily FOH and BOH responsibilities and labor costs.
• Monitor speed of service and guest satisfaction; address comments and complaints.
• Train new hires and reinforce company procedures.
• Ensure adherence to uniform policy and cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
