Job summary

The role includes coaching, training new staff, managing cash procedures, and enforcing health, safety, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team member activities on shift to ensure standards around people, product and cleanliness.
• Maintain Exceptional Guest Experience by addressing guest needs promptly and warmly.
• Lead by example in hospitality and floor leadership during peak periods.
• Assist in scheduling, training and monitoring new team members.
• Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons operating standards and cash procedures.
• Address safety and health policies; escalate issues to management when needed.
