Job summary

Schlotzsky’s in Lampasas Riverview is seeking a Team Leader to support shift management, uphold brand standards, and drive guest service and financial results. You will supervise kitchen and dining areas, ensure food safety, and assist management with coaching and cash handling responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will help maintain a positive team culture, follow safety procedures, and adhere to company policies while working at a corporate location in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate certain kitchen equipment.
• Proficiency in cash handling, guest service, and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow brand standards and recipe specifications at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant areas to Brand standards, including exterior, drive-through, lobby, dining room, restrooms, kitchen and bakery.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and deposits prepared.
• Maintain food safety standards and conduct temperature checks and proper labeling.
• Provide direction and feedback to employees and escalate guest issues to management as needed.
